A successful design must contain water, retain air, maintain its intended form, and remain manageable during inflation, drainage, cleaning, deflation, and storage. Decorative appearance is important, but it cannot replace structural planning.
The buyer first provides the desired shape, inflated dimensions, water depth, target users, colors, printed graphics, accessories, packaging, and destination market.
Our custom inflatable range includes rectangular, round, children’s, family, extra-large, heart-shaped, and themed pools. A concept sketch can be used as a starting point, but a production drawing is needed before materials are cut.
Engineers divide the design into panels and air chambers. They determine where the walls, base, seams, valves, and any inflatable decorative elements will be located.
A large pool may need a different chamber arrangement from a shallow children’s pool. Wall height, water pressure, air pressure, and shape all influence how the inflated body behaves.
The design should also provide a practical method for filling, draining, drying, and folding the pool.

Logos, patterns, instructions, and decorative graphics are prepared before assembly when printing is required. The artwork must account for seam areas, valves, folds, and the way the printed panel changes shape after inflation.
The cut sections are aligned and joined to form sealed air chambers and the pool body. Welding accuracy matters because inconsistent joints can create air leakage or distortion after inflation.
Valves and related components are then installed in the specified locations. Every opening must remain accessible without creating discomfort or interfering with normal setup.
The assembled pool is inflated so its dimensions, appearance, chambers, valves, and seams can be checked. Inspection may identify wrinkles, misaligned printing, incomplete shape, or pressure loss that cannot be seen while the pool is flat.

The approved inspection method should be agreed before the full order is completed.
After inspection, the pool must be deflated and folded without damaging valves, seams, or printed areas. Packaging can include an OPP bag, brown box, color box, instruction sheet, warning label, repair items, and other confirmed components.
Carton dimensions and quantity affect freight cost, container planning, warehouse handling, and retail distribution. Packing should therefore be reviewed as part of product development rather than left until production ends.
